At Gharsafe, your satisfaction is our top priority. We take pride in providing high-quality home cleaning and pest-control products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

🔄 Returns

You may request a return or exchange if you received a damaged, defective, or wrong product. Requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.

To start a return, please contact our support team via WhatsApp 0347-9675193 or email gharsafe53@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or video of the item
  • A short explanation of the issue

Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

💰 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days via your original payment method or bank transfer (for COD orders).

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was from our side.

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or opened cleaning products
  • Pest-control items that have been activated
  • Items purchased during clearance or promotional sales

📦 Exchange Policy

Exchanges are only offered for wrong or damaged products. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery to request an exchange.

🕒 Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your bank or card provider
